IF I HAVE UNLIMITED REVISIONS, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY DESIGNS?
Some projects, such as visual identity projects, have an estimated time of 3-8 weeks, including the execution and delivery of the design. However, with access to unlimited revisions, the final duration of the project depends on your ability to provide feedback and approval at each stage of the design.
WHERE CAN I SEE THE ESTIMATED TIMES FOR EACH SERVICE?
Before sending you a payment link to subscribe, we like to meet with you via video call to understand if our membership is really right for you. There, we share a document with the estimated duration of each project and other aspects of the service.
DOES THE DIGITAL STRATEGY SERVICE INCLUDE COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT?
No, in digital strategy projects we plan, design and execute your digital strategy, we schedule your content on each platform but we do not answer messages or comments, this is the responsibility of the client and their sales team.
DO YOU DESIGN THE PACKAGING SHAPE OF MY PRODUCT?
We can advise you on choosing pre-designed packaging, but we don't handle the structural design of packaging. We design all the visual aspects of your label, container, or packaging.
